About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Pre-K Teaching Assistant. As a member of our center-based team, you will provide support to young children with autism, working one-on-one with them to implement specific treatment plans under the supervision of a clinician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement treatment plans designed to address behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians to provide individualized support to children
  • Document treatment notes and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience as a teaching assistant, pre-k teacher, or childcare worker preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to learn ABA techniques with training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
