- Documentation: Document all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken in our CRM system.
- Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team on recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
