  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints by determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Communication: Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, confirm orders, or conduct satisfaction surveys.
  • Documentation: Document all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken in our CRM system.
  • Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team on recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
