Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and maintain a caseload of clients, with a focus on providing evidence-based treatments and interventions
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless client care and services
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
- Must be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Iowa
- Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
- Must be able to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and support staff
