Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide initial assessments and utilize psychotherapy to address mental health issues
  • Offer ongoing support and guidance to residents and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient needs and progress accurately and efficiently
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
  • Valid LCSW license in the state of Iowa
  • Two years of counseling and therapy experience
  • Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses and therapeutic approaches
