Key Responsibilities- Financial Transaction Processing: Enter transaction details into our accounting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Payment Requisitions: Process, submit, and record payment requisitions for all funding sources on a monthly, quarterly, and as needed basis.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Create and process customer invoices and manage collections of Accounts Receivable.
- Lockbox Receipts: Record and process daily lockbox receipts.
- Month-End Duties: Perform month-end duties, including journal entries, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
