LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their team in the Pittsburgh, PA area. This role offers a collaborative work environment where every team member can thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) tasks.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Utilize Yardi software for various accounting tasks.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and update financial records and reports.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Assist with preparing financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Accounting degree preferred but will consider equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work and a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
