Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our high-volume, full-service restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and facility maintenance.
  • Lead and develop a team of management and hourly staff to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational expenses to maintain profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve guest satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menu offerings and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, guest feedback, and other metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving guest satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
