Position Overview

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Systems Integration Specialist with a keen interest in CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Systems, alongside some experience in electrical systems. This role involves learning the proper techniques for Onsite Installation & Service in the Kansas City Metro Area, with occasional opportunities to work in other locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems.
  • Collaborate with Customers, Vendors, and Contractors onsite to ensure effective service and installations.
  • Travel to job sites as per daily schedule to evaluate customer service/repair needs and complete necessary repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately complete and submit all job tickets and time sheets to ensure timely processing and payroll submission.

Qualifications:

  • Low Voltage experience is essential.
  • A strong interest in CCTV, Access Control, and/or Intrusion Systems, along with some electrical systems experience.
  • Proficient troubleshooting skills with a strong aptitude for electrical and mechanical systems; basic networking skills are a plus.
