About the Role

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a highly skilled Neuropsychologist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Neuropsychologist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional patient care and services.
  • Effectively coordinate the Neuropsychological evaluation of residents, including making referrals for comprehensive evaluations as needed.
  • Provide timely and accurate summary reports of evaluation results to treatment team members.
  • Perform outpatient evaluations as required and maintain high clinical quality standards.
  • Coordinate and provide educational presentations for residents, families, treatment staff, and payers as needed.
  • Maintain current state licensure and participate in professional organizations relevant to the field.
  • Contribute to program development and serve as a liaison between Program Management and external parties in area of clinical expertise.
Requirements
  • Graduate Degree in Psychology and state licensure required.
  • Experience with adults with acquired brain injury, behavioral intervention, Neuropsychological screening, cognitive rehabilitation, staff training, and computer literacy required.
  • Ability to assist residents confined to wheelchairs and who utilize assistive devices.
  • Initial and Annual Health screening, including negative test results for tuberculosis, performed by or under the supervision of a physician not more than one year prior to or seven days after employment.
