The Infrastructure Automation Specialist plays a pivotal role in the transformation of CNB's operational framework.

The Infrastructure Automation Specialist should possess a rich and varied technical background, demonstrating creativity and a passion for automation and emerging technologies.
Daily Activities:
The role involves collaborating with Development, Information Security, Operations, and Business teams to design, implement, and support enterprise-level Pipeline as a Service (PaaS) offerings. These offerings will encompass Continuous Integration, Delivery, Security, Testing, and Monitoring.
The position also entails the creation, implementation, and enforcement of policies and procedures, automation tools, source control, access control policies, deployment orchestration, and process standardization. Although not directly responsible for production support, the Specialist will provide level-3 support to troubleshoot pipeline-related issues.
What You Will Achieve:
- Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery initiatives for CNB.
- Support colleagues in fostering a DevOps culture.
- Engage in medium to large-scale DevOps projects.
- Uphold policies, standards, and procedures for best practices within CNB.
- Continuously assess build and deployment processes for optimization opportunities.
- Develop and test new functionalities under general supervision.
- Create and maintain comprehensive DevOps technical documentation.
- Generate custom reports to demonstrate automation usage and savings.
- Support and enhance DevOps processes and procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a DevOps-related role or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of programming or scripting experience.
Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks effectively. Understand complex situations by breaking them down into manageable components and tracing implications systematically. Familiarity with CNB's Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, including the ability to foster positive and professional relationships with partner teams across the organization. A strong commitment to teamwork and exceptional customer service is crucial.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with APIs.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, particularly in Administration, Build, and Release.
- Knowledge of one or more scripting languages: Shell, Groovy, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C# or Java.
- Experience in creating automated SDLC processes, Continuous Delivery workflows, or web service application deployments.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration & Delivery tools, such as Azure DevOps, Urban Code Deploy, and Jenkins.
Compensation:
Starting base salary ranges from $92,114 to $156,880 annually, with variations based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
