Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to reduce harm and improve patient safety.
  2. Collaborate with the executive team and other leaders to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including The Joint Commission and CMS.
  3. Support a comprehensive reliability-driven Organizational Quality and Patient Safety Program to ensure the safety of patients, visitors, and employees.
  4. Review and analyze quality metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  5. Collaborate with the quality and executive team to achieve performance goals and improve healthcare outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited medical school and completion of a three-year U.S. residency program.
  • Minimum of seven years practicing as a physician.
  • Previous experience in infection prevention/control, patient safety, and/or regulatory readiness is preferred.
