Overview

The Clark Regional Wastewater District seeks a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Vancouver, WA. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to apply technical expertise to meet project needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage wastewater projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery within established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate project activities and achieve project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement business case evaluations, life-cycle cost analyses, and feasibility studies.
  • Prepare engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for compliance with regulations and permits.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to facilitate project execution and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering is required, along with two years of experience in civil project planning, analysis, design, or construction. Certification as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) by the State of Washington or another state is also required. The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
