Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at KEMRON Environmental Services, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols, and maintaining project quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, department managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards and quality control issues.
  • Develop and implement site-specific health and safety plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.
  • Provide guidance and training to site personnel on health and safety protocols and quality control procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in environmental remediation and construction.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols, quality control procedures, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in SharePoint a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified First Aid and CPR training.
Work Environment:
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent travel to project sites.
  • Regularly works in outdoor conditions, including inclement weather, and may be required to work at heights or in confined spaces.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
