About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Children's Health (Dallas) in a per diem / prn capacity. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in accordance with current principles and practices of Physical Therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations of patients to identify treatment needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Implement and progress treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions to promote patient progress and independence.
  • Collaborate with physicians, patients, family, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective discharge planning and coordination of care.
  • Utilize unscheduled time to flex to other work areas for patient treatment, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • License to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Texas.
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification with the American Heart Association, Healthcare Provider.
  • At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
