We are currently looking for a seasoned Medical Affairs Director to spearhead our clinical communications and partnerships. This critical role will focus on fostering relationships with scientific advisors, developing strategic content plans, and driving advocacy efforts. Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the medical community.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for content creation and dissemination.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to advance thought leadership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality publications, white papers, and blog posts.
  • Contribute to health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy and relevance of marketing materials and customer communications.
  • Represent Empatica as a clinical expert in discussions with clients and partners.


Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this challenging role, you will need an advanced clinical degree (MD, DO, PhD, PharmD) and at least 3 years of experience in medical affairs or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, expertise in medical writing, and the ability to build rapport with key opinion leaders are also essential. A deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the potential of digital health technologies is crucial.

Compensation
This critical role offers a competitive salary of around $125,000-$155,000 annually, reflecting the importance of your contributions to our mission.
