Salary: $50,000 base compensation with high potential earnings of up to $100,000 for top performers.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, independent, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in flooring sales and be able to prospect, build relationships, and close deals. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, developing referral sources, and utilizing our proprietary sales system to drive sales growth.
