Job Title: Senior Physician - Vascular Surgery Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Physician to lead our Vascular Surgery department. As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for performing complex surgical procedures, training junior doctors, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing complex surgical procedures: You will be responsible for performing conventional and interventional, reconstructive surgical procedures on the arterial vascular system.
- Training and supervision: You will train and supervise junior doctors, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and support to excel in their roles.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: You will work closely with other medical professionals, including nurses, anesthesiologists, and radiologists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Leadership and management: You will demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements:
- German medical license: You must hold a valid German medical license.
- Specialist in Vascular Surgery: You must be a specialist in Vascular Surgery, with a strong understanding of the latest medical procedures and technologies.
- Leadership style: You must possess an integrative and appreciative leadership style, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
- Communication skills: You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
