We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Automation Engineer to join our team at Quality Manufacturing Systems, Inc. in LaVergne, TN.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that involves designing and developing custom machines for industrial automation.

The ideal candidate will have ten+ years of experience in the design and fabrication of custom machines, with a strong emphasis on machine structure and load analysis.

SolidWorks modeling experience is a plus, but not required.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, 100% insurance premiums paid, 401(k) provided, merit bonuses, and relocation covered.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop custom machines for industrial automation
  • Implement and integrate automation systems into existing manufacturing processes
  • Analyze and optimize system performance to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation of designs and processes
