Branch Operations Director

Vancer is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead the expansion of our new facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and employee management.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management and direction of the branch to ensure positive revenue generation and high standards of customer service.
- Build and manage a competent team by hiring, training, and developing employees, delegating work assignments, and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Identify areas for improving the branch's competitive position and maximizing profitability.
- Prepare yearly business plans, forecasting revenues, expenses, and overall branch growth.
- Handle customer service issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Direct branch operations, including recommending best practices, reducing costs, and driving revenue growth.
- Monitor and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
