System Support Technician I

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Support Technician I to join our team at Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our members and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary point of contact for all incoming calls, instant messages, and emails to the IT Department.
- Address assigned Help Desk requests within a reasonable time frame, with either a resolution of the issue or an escalation of the request.
- Process computer equipment service calls or repairs, perform preventative maintenance on PCs, printers, scanners, and card machines.
- Build and image new personal computers.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Follow all Credit Union policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous Help Desk experience preferred.
- Related technical certifications in CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
