Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms, villas, and resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Deep clean and maintain guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and patios
  • Restock amenities and supplies, and ensure all appliances are in working order
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following OSHA and MSDS guidelines
  • Participate in safety programs and support hotel initiatives for community service, sustainability, and environmental conservation
Requirements
  • Prior housekeeping experience required
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with vendors, guests, and staff
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and ensure security of guest room access and hotel property
