Your Responsibilities:

As a Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with your team and management to address maintenance issues throughout the hotel.
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure all facilities are in optimal condition.
  • Implement emergency procedures as necessary.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment to maintain functionality.
  • Ensure all hotel fixtures and fittings are safe and address any hazards promptly.
  • Develop and manage energy conservation initiatives to reduce operational costs.
  • Oversee renovation projects, including bidding processes and contractor management.
  • Conduct monthly safety inspections and ensure staff training is up to date.
