Job Summary

As a key member of the Nationwide team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and repair of our apartment facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Assist in the coordination and performance of landscape maintenance duties.
  • Perform carpentry, masonry, and painting functions as related to facility maintenance.
  • Assist with customer service requests, including but not limited to: hot calls, cold calls, odor complaints.
  • Administer chemical treatment programs; assist with maintenance, fire systems, and emergency calls.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of related work experience.
  • General knowledge of HVAC mechanical and life safety systems.
  • Ability to install, maintain, repair, and operate moderately complex HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems and devices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and test moderately complex HVAC mechanical systems and components.
