This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Public Sector Transportation Operations Coordinator, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for processing new employee files and submitting them to the General Manager for approval. Once approved, you will submit all relevant paperwork to the region's accounting office.

You will calculate driver and staff payroll, input payroll information into the computer for processing, and accurately track attendance for all employees. Additionally, you will maintain accurate vacation and sick time files for all employees.

Your responsibilities will also include assisting in tracking OT to reduce unnecessary and additional punch hours, maintaining accurate required daily ridership and monthly revenue hour summaries, scanning documents for electronic storage, and filing hard copies.

You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally via phone or email.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. You will be working in a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
