Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent degree and at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities
  • Register patients into the clinic and schedule appointments with accuracy.
  • Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
  • Educate staff and physicians on scheduling and computer systems.
  • Schedule patients over the phone, in person, and electronically.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including patient inquiries, correspondence, data entry, medical record compliance, stocking forms, and other office support functions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree.
  • One year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday. As a Medical Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. You will work closely with the Director to ensure the successful operation of the clinic.
