Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Management Support Specialist to join our team at AC Disaster Consulting. As a key member of our base camp operations, you will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our emergency response efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the management team, including data entry, document management, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist admin support personnel and site leadership with the management and documentation of site tasks such as inventory control, data collection, staff coordination, data collection and strike team initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personal details, case information, and any relevant updates or changes.
  • Coordinate logistics support, project coordination, staff coordination and expense tracking.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring availability of essential items for smooth operations.
  • Work closely with the base camp staff to assist with tasks, such as preparing reports, coordinating transportation, and supporting special projects or events.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, respecting the privacy and confidentiality of migrants, staff, and organizational matters.
  • Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures related to shelter operations, including those pertaining to safety, security, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • One year case management experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in social services.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish/Other.
