About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager Trainee to join our team at Orkin. As a Service Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for leading a team of service professionals and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of service professionals to deliver top-notch service to customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our service standards are being met
  • Train and develop new service professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our service operations are running smoothly
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
  • Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
