Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,640-$79,040, based on experience and education. Additionally, you will receive a generous benefits package, including comprehensive health and dental insurance, 403(B) retirement plan, long-term disability benefits, and paid life insurance.

Job Description

As a Nursing Professional, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional nursing care to our clients. This includes monitoring and coordinating healthcare services, instituting appropriate follow-up, and communicating medical issues to relevant parties. You will also be responsible for documenting all nursing interventions and changes affecting the individual in appropriate areas.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care possible. We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment, where our clients can thrive and reach their full potential.

In addition to providing excellent patient care, you will also be involved in training staff in personal care, positioning, feeding, and use of supportive devices. You will assist clients with their personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), while promoting community integration and encouraging independence.

Flexible scheduling is available, with opportunities to set weekly hours and choose between two locations within a 15-mile radius. You will enjoy mileage reimbursement and integration with on-site teams to ensure smooth transitions between locations.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a valid MA Nursing License, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. A college degree or certificate is preferred.

Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position is essential. Good communication and computer skills are also required.
