Key Responsibilities:

Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor of Science degree in a health-related field is mandatory. Candidates must possess a current Respiratory Therapy certification valid in Louisiana.
Experience Requirements:
Three years of professional experience in the Respiratory Therapy sector, with some prior teaching experience preferred.
Licenses and Certifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the NBRC and a current license as a Respiratory Therapist in Louisiana are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master's degree is preferred. Candidates should be a Registered Respiratory Therapist with a current NBRC (RRT) license.
