Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As an Associate Attorney with experience in litigation, personal injury, or insurance defense, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload and represent clients throughout the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and File Litigation Documents: Prepare and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, responses, demands, motions, and memoranda of law.
  • Represent Clients in Court: Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances on behalf of plaintiffs.
  • Collaborate with Expert Witnesses: Draft expert reports and affidavits, and participate in conferences with expert witnesses.
  • Conduct Legal Research: Prepare case strategies and communicate effectively with clients throughout the litigation process.
  • Manage a High Volume of Cases: Ensure timely and successful outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
  • Law Degree: Hold a law degree (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active Bar Membership: Be an active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • Litigation Experience: Have 1-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury and/or insurance defense.
  • Case Management: Be able to manage a high volume of cases and independently take them to trial.
  • Client Service: Provide excellent client service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Legal Writing and Advocacy: Possess superior legal writing and oral advocacy abilities.
  • Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated, with a focus on long-term career development.
