Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivering effective and efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
*Assess patients/residents to gather data, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
*Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
*Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
*Oversee and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications:
*Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
*Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure as a practical nurse.
*Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed in a skilled nursing center or as required by state regulations in an assisted living facility.
