About the Role

Fidelity TalentSource LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Customer Associate. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and digital channels, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with a range of financial services, including account management, transactions, and product information.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and provide seamless service experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and compliant service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, driving continuous improvement in customer service and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
