About the Job

SoulCycle is seeking a results-driven and innovative Studio Manager to lead their Coral Gables studio. As a key member of the studio leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing holistic business plans, managing studio operations, and fostering a positive and inclusive community culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans that drive ridership and retail goals\
  • Manage studio profit and loss statements and identify opportunities for growth\
  • Build and maintain relationships with instructors, staff, and local community\
  • Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to riders and staff\
  • Identify and execute opportunities with corporate partnerships and community impact\
  • Develop and execute new rider acquisition and retention plans alongside marketing partners\
  • Coach and develop high-potential employees\
  • Manage conflict and difficult situations in high-pressure environments\
  • Maintain knowledge of studio-specific and company-wide operational procedures and policies\
  • Embody SoulCycle's values and mission\
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment\
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement\

The estimated salary for this position is $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience.
