About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Investor Relations function at Next Insurance. As the Head of Investor Relations, you will develop and execute a comprehensive IR strategy to effectively communicate our story to the investment community, analysts, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic IR plan to enhance our visibility and credibility with the investment community.
  • Lead the quarterly earnings process, including creating communication materials, drafting earnings releases, and preparing senior leaders for meetings with the investment community.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and rating agencies to ensure a deep understanding of our business and market position.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop and communicate our investment thesis and strategic vision.
  • Provide strategic counsel to the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors on IR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of prior investor relations or equity research experience, with a strong track record of success in developing and executing IR strategies.
  • Insurance industry background and experience, preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story and articulate our investment thesis.
  • Analytical rigor and attention to detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture and provide strategic counsel.
  • Ability to work well cross-functionally with other teams, including FP&A, Accounting, and Legal.
  • Ability to influence and provide recommendations to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors.
  • Possess a strong network of investment community relationships, including investors, analysts, rating agencies, and financial media.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA preferred.
