Daily Activities:
Your daily tasks will include:
- Demonstrating and coaching behaviors that enhance member acquisition and retention, while continuously assessing team effectiveness.
- Driving successful engagement with guests and members, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, including new memberships and fitness revenue.
- Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding talented individuals focused on sales and service excellence.
- Fostering strong sales skills through ongoing assessment, feedback, and coaching, including shadowing and modeling interactions.
- Delivering regular training to ensure your team excels in providing member-centric service.
- Collaborating with the Fitness Manager to implement fitness initiatives that enhance member experience and engagement.
- Creating and executing business plans, analyzing weekly sales data and club metrics with your General Manager to identify revenue opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are passionate about delivering exceptional service and work alongside the General Manager to create a member-focused experience.
- Lead by example to maintain a clean, friendly, and well-organized environment for members and guests.
- Recognize and celebrate outstanding performance, coaching your team to achieve remarkable results.
- Collaborate with your team to identify and overcome challenges, ensuring we exceed member expectations.
- Bring at least 2 years of progressive experience in retail or sales leadership, with a strong commitment to supporting others in their fitness and wellness journeys.
Availability:
This position requires full-time availability, with flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and holidays to best serve our community.
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 10% for training and meetings.
