Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

ProMedica is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Arden Courts Memory Care Farmington. This is a staff position with direct care responsibilities and supervisor responsibilities for caregivers.

Job Summary:

The LPN will be responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and coordinating care delivery to ensure that residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of clinical experience, with a focus on gerontological nursing and dementia population care.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise nursing personnel to deliver nursing care
  • Coordinate care delivery to ensure residents' needs are met
  • Read and write English in an understandable manner
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
  • Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 20 pounds
Requirements:
  • Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience
  • Gerontological nursing experience, including dementia population care
