Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 100 to emerging businesses.
  • Oversee a portfolio of clients, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Monitor teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects, ensuring high-quality service and advice.
  • Manage risk and financial performance of engagements, including billings, collections, and project budgets.
  • Advise clients on complex tax matters, delivering high-quality tax service and advice.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; licensed CPA, JD/LLM, or EA, with additional approved credentials.
  • Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information.
