Drive Growth and Revenue in Life Sciences

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead our Life Sciences business, driving growth and revenue generation through strategic partnerships and exceptional solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand Iron Mountain's footprint in global Life Sciences accounts and achieve revenue targets.
  • Establish relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within Life Science organizations, leveraging industry expertise and market insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in selling complex solutions and services into global strategic Life Science organizations.
  • Extensive experience in the Life Sciences industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, key players, and challenges.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of using data to drive decision-making and strategy.
