    • Develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of participants, including healthcare, social, and recreational activities.
    • Collaborate with community partners and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including state and federal laws, and accreditation standards.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring the Life center operates within budget and meets financial goals.
    • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and revenue-generating strategies.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social work, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a Life program or similar environment.
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of Life program regulations and requirements.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
    • Commitment to providing high-quality, participant-centered care.
