Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned Chief Technical Architect to lead our technical vision and drive innovation across the organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a technical strategy that addresses business challenges and identifies new opportunities for growth.
  • Leverage industry trends, emerging technologies, and market research to inform technical decisions and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and improve customer experience.
  • Mentor and guide engineers to achieve their full potential, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Foster partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and external organizations to identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated history of successful technical leadership, with expertise in data management, cloud architecture, and agile development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, data security, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and negotiate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with modern web development technologies, including React and React Native.

Compensation Package:

  • $195,000 - $245,000 per annum (estimated salary range)
