We are seeking a skilled Claims Specialist to join our team at Black Diamond Claims Solutions. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and analyzing insurance claims related to invoice purchasing, ensuring compliance with insurance policy terms and conditions, and managing the collection of payments from insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze insurance claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy terms.
- Evaluate claim documentation to identify potential issues and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, public adjusters, and contractors to gather necessary information and resolve claims.
- Manage the collection of payments from insurance companies, following up on unpaid invoices and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain detailed records of claims, payments, and communications in our database.
- Strong knowledge of homeowners insurance policies and the claims process.
- Experience in invoice purchasing or insurance collections is highly desirable.
- Confident and effective communicator, with excellent phone skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
