About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Clerk with a focus on tax law to join our team at Matrix Ventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support companies in preparing their annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process corporate tax returns, utilizing expertise in tax law to minimize liabilities and optimize refunds.
  • Accompany audits and due diligence processes, providing financial insights and guidance to clients.
  • Advise clients on tax law issues and corporate transactions, leveraging knowledge of financial regulations and market trends.
  • Work with a fixed client base in the areas of accounting and taxation, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on taxes, and possess relevant professional experience in a similar role.
  • Be interested in working in a team environment, with a passion for combining individual facts into a bigger picture.
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience with DATEV, a leading provider of accounting and taxation software.
  • Be able to work independently, taking responsibility for your work and delivering high-quality results.
  • Enjoy advising clients in various situations, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Speak fluent German, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
