This full-service, New Jersey-based Construction Company is a Top ENR General Contractor specializing in multifamily projects. They have extensive experience building projects ranging from small to large, from apartments to hotels to senior living.

Job Description

The Multifamily Construction Superintendent will oversee the job site from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing job site operations, including subcontractor coordination and communication
  • Identifying and addressing design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project-specific issues
  • Enforcing safety protocols to meet or exceed OSHA standards
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots
  • Collaborating with owners, construction managers, and project managers to ensure project progress
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of construction superintendent experience
  • Experience building ground-up multifamily projects of at least $10M
  • OSHA certification preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading projects and managing large teams
