Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Opportunity

Optum WA, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a highly skilled Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Everett, WA. As a clinician-led care organization, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and improving healthcare outcomes.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing complex urology cases, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Treating and managing patients with urology-related conditions
  • Providing education and counseling to patients and families
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
  • Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and staff
  • Participating in organizational and departmental meetings, educational opportunities, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP; or Physician Assistant/ARNP Certification; or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Unrestricted licensure in Washington or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Current BLS, ACLS certification
  • EMR Proficient – EPIC preferred

Salary Range: $114,784 to $154,951 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
