Hidden Roots Mental Health LLC is seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional to provide direct support to clients in their natural settings. As a key member of our team, you will conduct weekly face-to-face sessions, manage treatment plan goals, and assist clients in learning skills to effectively manage their mental health.
Responsibilities- Conduct weekly face-to-face sessions with clients to assess their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Manage treatment plan goals and objectives, ensuring clients receive high-quality, personalized care.
- Assist clients in learning skills to effectively manage their mental health, including therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families.
- Ensure chart compliance and complete daily documentation in a timely manner.
- Serve as a liaison for the organization, advocating for clients and ensuring they receive the support they need.
- Must be currently registered as a Qualified Mental Health Professional-Adult/Child (QMHP-A/C) by the Virginia Board of Counseling or have completed a Qualified Mental Health Para-Professional Certification.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Knowledge of community-based mental health support services, casework documentation, and community resources.
- Ability to interact with referral sources, utilize clinical supervision, and develop person-centered plans.
- Must complete CPR & First Aid and Behavioral Management techniques training.
$17-$25 per hour. Must obtain a reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance must be up to date.
