We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at American Renal Associates. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Job Summary

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment options and related health topics
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
  • A valid Registered Nurse License in the state of practice
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Previous experience in dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing is preferred but not required
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual raises, paid time off accrual based on recent dialysis experience, and a comprehensive training program.
