As an associate adjuster, you will play a vital role in Hanover's success by providing critical services to the business and its customers. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced Auto Claims team, responsible for meeting and exceeding goals and metrics that drive the claims organization's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will perform claim processing and payment functions on non-complex claims for one or more lines of business in multiple states.
  • Review electronic claim files for completeness and follow procedures for gathering missing information.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through outbound calls, responding politely and professionally to customers' needs.
  • Develop recognition of coverages, claim processing requirements, and related data processing systems.
  • Utilize established guidelines to obtain appraisals and other needed information from insured, advising them on proper courses of action.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Randstad also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (based on eligibility).
