Overview:

University Radiology, a leading provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services, is comprised of over 180 Board Certified radiologists with advanced U.S.-based training and expertise in all modalities and subspecialty areas.

With over 60 years of experience, University Radiology staffs, manages, and provides preliminary and final subspecialty interpretations and consultative support for hospitals, imaging centers, and other medical facilities. Our physicians interpret over 2.1 million radiology procedures per year.

Responsibilities:

University Radiology is seeking a per diem MRI Tech Assistant to work in our Warren, NJ Imaging Office. The successful candidate will assist MRI Techs and with patient flow, communicate with patients, prepare them for exams, coordinate patient films and reports, and stock supplies.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills are essential. Medical office experience is a plus, but not required. Knowledge of medical terminology is also a plus, but not required. Enrollment in a formal radiologic tech program is a real plus.
