We are actively seeking a Construction Technician to be stationed in our office and engage in travel to various project sites.



Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will be tasked with executing construction layout tasks, which include stakeout and control measures, while employing software and surveying systems to effectively manage project layout programs. You will also be responsible for quality assurance, quantity monitoring, scheduling, and navigating all facets of project specifications, tolerances, and requirements.



Required Qualifications
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Demonstrated experience in Construction Surveying, including the ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Capability to collaborate with superintendents and foremen to determine layout requirements
  • Proficiency in utilizing field surveying instruments, such as GPS and Total Station
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Commitment to a strong work ethic and dedication to completing tasks
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
  • Licensure as a Surveyor is advantageous but not essential
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing in the relevant area
