Our team consists of over 1,400 full-time and part-time nurses, therapists, technicians, and other healthcare colleagues. We have nearly 700 skilled physicians representing various specialties, making us a leader in Dallas/Fort Worth healthcare.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our patient care team, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures, such as oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy.
  • Administering respiratory care therapies and monitoring patients receiving invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation.
  • Assisting with placement of artificial airways and initiating, monitoring, and maintaining mechanical ventilation.
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A state Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification or equivalent.
  • An Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 60 months of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
